Most jobs will be given an all inclusive quote for the entire job.
The scope of work describing the project is to be done prior to the project. This is to prevent feature creep and scope creep. Additional changes can be made but may alter the original quote.
Prorating is to be done for partial jobs.
A service call fee may be required to help cover the cost to come to your location.
A refund may be given if the project/job is not of the type or scope that is to be completed by the
Custom Worker (Handyman/Consultant) otherwise the service fee is not to be refunded.
Most service calls will be a minimum $125 which will include the first hour of service on site.

Are not processed over the phone.
All Inclusive Quote is done instead of Hourly rate
Tool/Equipment/Material charges will vary.
Some tools like hand tools, chain saw, and power washer would be included.
Rental equipment and material costs may be additional but included in the description of the project.
